In 2021, Trinity Realty was approached by our construction lender to assist them in the disposition of a property they acquired after many years of foreclosure litigation with their borrower. The 21-acre parcel, located in Richland Township, PA, was originally approved in the 1980s as a single family residential subdivision, but never materialized due to market conditions which caused borrower hardship and eventual bankruptcy. In 2022, Trinity formally acquired the parcel from the bank and began to work on reviving the subdivision approvals with the township and taking the property through the entitlement and land development process. Along the way, Trinity was approached by Toll Brothers and agreed to sell the property once all approvals and permits to break ground were in place.
