Trinity is actively seeking acquisition and development opportunities.  We work with principals, owners, and the brokerage community in order to source our transactions.

Property Types:

Properties in locations with strong market fundamentals and barriers to entry/development, including:

Raw Land & Redevelopment Sites:

Vacant land parcels as small as 10,000 square feet in urban in-fill locations.

Existing Properties/Value-Add Properties:

Abandoned, under-utilized, or obsolete multifamily buildings, shells, or tear-downs that can be redeveloped or re-positioned.


Preferred transaction size between $500K – $5M.

Acquisition Structures:

100% fee simple or joint venture with qualified operating partners or land owners are transaction structures that Trinity is willing to pursue.  Trinity has an extensive network of local debt/equity capital sources and banking relationships to help finance our projects.
