Trinity Construction was brought in to replace a general contractor who was unable to obtain final permits and township approval to commence construction on a three-story, 10,000-square-foot, one of a kind luxury retail watch store in Lower Gwynedd, PA. Trinity assisted the owner with completing architectural and engineering design, value engineering, and mobilized a team to brake ground as soon as permits were obtained. Construction is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2024
